We're registered with the ICO (the Information Commissioner's Office — the UK's data protection regulator), as required of organisations that process personal data. Your data and your customers' data are handled under UK GDPR, and our privacy policy spells out exactly what we hold and why.

Payments are processed by Stripe, an FCA-regulated payment institution. Card details and creator identity documents go to Stripe directly — they never touch our servers.
